Short Term Mobility of Students
8
students from UGAL were involved in a 4-week mobility consisting on:
-
one week on introductory course on general principles related to water and
wastewater treatment processes digital tools used in the education process.
This allowed them to fully participate to the next activity of the mobility;
-
two-week course on Water Resorces Management and Water & wastewater
treatment (THT 311-2022);
-
one-week workshop on digital tools, alternatives, evaluation of the use and
other problems related to higher education. In this last week, 4 teachers from
UGAL joined them in this activity.
This
mobility intended to present to the students not only the problems related to
the water and wastewater treatment processes and digital tools, but also to
introduce other important aspects for a MSc or a PhD Student: how to write a
successful project proposal, inclusiveness and gender
aspect in digitalization. Other important aspect was to offer a balance between
the theoretical aspects and practical one, including visiting to the modern
water and wastewater treatment plants. The mobility was implemented and
finalized according to the plan.
